研究目的：

在一项前瞻性随机对照研究背景下，探讨左侧与右侧梨状窝进镜途径对无镇静胃镜检查中上消化道内镜插入效率的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the impact of the left-sided versus right-sided pyriform sinus approach on the efficiency of upper gastrointestinal endoscopy insertion during unsedated gastroscopy in a prospective randomized controlled setting.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-80岁；无胃镜检查绝对或相对禁忌证（疑似或明确的消化道穿孔、严重的血流动力学不稳定、近期（6个月内）心肌梗死或不稳定型心绞痛、严重慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）或呼吸衰竭）；能够理解并签署知情同意书；愿意接受非镇静胃镜检查。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age 18-80 years;
2.absence of absolute or relative contraindications to gastroscopy (suspected or confirmed gastrointestinal perforation, severe hemodynamic instability, recent myocardial infarction or unstable angina (within 6 months), severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or respiratory failure);
3.ability to understand and sign the informed consent form;
4.willingness to undergo unsedated gastroscopy.

排除标准：

1. 上消化道手术史；(2) 已知或疑似咽部或食管解剖结构异常；(3) 既往头颈部放射治疗史；(4) 活动性上消化道出血；(5) 限制颈部后仰的颈椎病变；(6) 妊娠；(7) 无法配合无镇静操作。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of upper gastrointestinal surgery;
2.(2) Known or suspected anatomical abnormalities of the pharynx or esophagus;
3.(3) Previous history of head and neck radiotherapy;
4.(4) Active upper gastrointestinal bleeding;
5.(5) Cervical spine pathology limiting neck extension;
6.(6) Pregnancy;
7.(7) Inability to cooperate with unsedated procedure. Exclusion criteria.
