研究目的:

1. 主要目的:结合代谢组学测序数据分析PDAC转移相关能谱CT影像学检测分子代谢标志物;展示胰腺癌的能谱CT特征与肿瘤分型的关联性。 2. 次要目的:结合空间代谢组学测序,明确肿瘤转移相关代谢物的表达水平;进行临床PDAC相关分子诊断的细胞标记物及分子标志物。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Primary objective: To identify molecular metabolic markers associated with PDAC metastasis through metabolomics sequencing data analysis combined with energy-dispersive CT imaging; to demonstrate the correlation between energy-dispersive CT characteristics of pancreatic cancer and tumor classification. 2. Secondary objective: To elucidate the expression levels of tumor metastasis-associated metabolites through spatial metabolomics sequencing; to identify cellular markers and molecular biomarkers for clinical molecular diagnostics of PDAC.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

患者: 1.年龄≥18 岁;2.经病理学确诊为胰腺导管腺癌(Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma,PDAC)患者;3.治疗前1周内接受能谱CT检查;4.治疗前1周内接受血液常规检查;5.有手术或穿刺病理组织切片。 对照组: 1.年龄≥18 岁;2.经临床或病理学确诊为非胰腺导管腺癌(non-PDAC)患者;3.治疗前1周内接受能谱CT检查;4.治疗前1周内接受血液常规检查;5.经临床或病理学确诊为非PDAC患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients: 1.Age ≥18 years; 2.Pathologically diagnosed as PDAC; 3.Received spectral CT examination within 1 week prior to treatment; 4.Received complete blood count within 1 week prior to treatment; 5.Available surgical or puncture pathological tissue sections. Control group: 1.Age ≥18 years; 2.Clinically or pathologically diagnosed as non-PDAC patients; 3.Received spectral CT examination within 1 week prior to treatment; 4.Received complete blood count examination within 1 week prior to treatment; 5.Clinically or pathologically diagnosed as non-PDAC patients.

排除标准:

1.有其他恶性肿瘤病史;2.既往接受放疗、化疗等抗 PDAC 治疗;3.CT图像质量差;4.临床或病理资料不完整。

Exclusion criteria:

1.History of other malignant tumors; 2.Previous receipt of anti-PDAC treatments such as radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 3.Poor quality of CT images; 4.Incomplete clinical or pathological data.
