研究目的：

调查腹膜透析患者的人格特征、疾病感知、自我效能和自我管理行为的现状；通过构建中介结构方程模型，明确腹膜透析患者人格特征、疾病感知、自我效能和自我管理行为四个变量之间的关系及作用强度；为制定针对性的心理护理方案，帮助改善腹膜透析患者自我管理行为提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Investigate the current status of personality traits, disease perception, self-efficacy and self-management behaviors of peritoneal dialysis patients; through the construction of a mediating structural equation model, clarify the relationships and strength of influence among the four variables of personality traits, disease perception, self-efficacy and self-management behaviors of peritoneal dialysis patients; to provide scientific basis for formulating targeted psychological nursing plans and helping to improve the self-management behaviors of peritoneal dialysis patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

选取定期在杭州市中医院腹膜透析门诊随访的患者作为研究对象。纳入标准：（1）维持性腹膜透析治疗≥3个月，病情稳定；（2）年龄≥18 岁，理解力和听力良好，表述能力完整；（3）自愿参与本研究；（4）透析方案为CAPD。

Inclusion criteria

Patients who were regularly followed up at the peritoneal dialysis outpatient clinic of Hangzhou Central Hospital were selected as the research subjects. Inclusion criteria: (1) Maintenance peritoneal dialysis treatment for>=3 months, with stable condition; (2) Age>= 18 years, with good comprehension and hearing, and complete expression ability; (3) Voluntary participation in this study; (4) Dialysis plan was CAPD.

排除标准：

（1）具有精神和认知障碍方面疾病；（2）合并肿瘤、感染、结核、大型手术后、严重创伤等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Having diseases related to mental and cognitive impairments; (2) Complicated with tumors, infections, tuberculosis, large surgeries, severe trauma, etc.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究采用纸质病例记录表收集数据，包括患者一般资料、临床指标及四份量表。采用中国临床试验注册平台免费EDC记录数据，数据由双人独立录入EpiData，经核查后导入SPSS 26.0进行统计分析。

In this study, data were collected using paper-based case record forms, including general patient information, clinical indicators, and four scales. The data were independently entered into EpiData by two individuals, and then imported into SPSS 26.0 for statistical analysis after verification.
