研究目的：

1. 结合神经影像学、蛋白组学、肠道菌群、遗传易感性等多维度指标，探讨高 海拔地区精神障碍患者的神经生物学机制。 2. 为高原地区精神障碍易感人群的早期筛查、生物标志物识别及个体化干预策 略的制定奠定理论基础与实践依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Combine multidimensional indicators such as neuroimaging, proteomics, gut microbiota, and genetic susceptibility to explore the neurobiological mechanisms of patients with mental disorders in high-altitude areas. 2. Lay the theoretical foundation and practical basis for early screening, biomarker identification, and the formulation of individualized intervention strategies for populations susceptible to mental disorders in plateau regions.

纳入标准：

高海拔地区精神障碍患者纳入标准： （1）年龄在 18 岁-55 岁，性别不限； （2）右利手； （3）长期居住在高海拔地区（海拔≥2500米）； （4）符合 DSM-5 关于精神障碍诊断标准。 高海拔地区健康对照纳入标准： （1）性别、年龄、受教育年限及高原居住情况（海拔≥2500米）与精神障碍患者组匹配； （2）右利手 低海拔地区精神障碍患者纳入标准： （1）年龄在 18 岁-55 岁，性别不限； （2）右利手； （3）长期居住在低海拔地区（海拔≤1500米）； （4）符合 DSM-5 关于精神障碍诊断标准 低海拔地区健康对照纳入标准： （1）性别、年龄、受教育年限及低海拔地区居住情况（海拔≤1500米）与精神障碍患者组匹配； （2）右利手。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for patients with mental disorders in high-altitude areas: (1) Age between 18 and 55 years old, with no gender restrictions; (2) Right-handed; (3) Long-term residence in high-altitude areas (altitude >= 2500 meters); (4) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for mental disorders as per DSM-5. Inclusion criteria for healthy controls in high-altitude areas: (1) Gender, age, years of education, and living conditions in the high-altitude area (altitude ≥ 2500 meters) are matched with the patients with mental disorders group; (2) Right-handed. Inclusion criteria for patients with mental disorders in low-altitude areas: (1) Age between 18 and 55 years old, with no gender restrictions; (2) Right-handed; (3) Long-term residence in low-altitude areas (altitude <=1500 meters); (4) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for mental disorders as per DSM-5. Inclusion criteria for healthy controls in low-altitude areas: (1) Gender, age, years of education, and living conditions in the low-altitude area (altitude ≤ 1500 meters) are matched with the patients with mental disorders group; (2) Right-handed.

排除标准：

高海拔地区精神障碍患者排除标准： （1）有高山病、严重心血管、肝肾病等重大躯体疾病； （2）有脑外伤史或曾昏迷超过10分钟； （3）体内有金属植入、幽闭恐惧等核磁扫描禁忌症。 高海拔地区健康对照排除标准： （1）有高山病、严重心血管、肝肾疾病等重大躯体疾病； （2）有精神疾病及家族史； （3）有脑外伤史或曾昏迷超过10分钟； （4）体内有金属植入、幽闭恐惧等核磁扫描禁忌症。 低海拔地区精神障碍患者排除标准： （1）有严重心血管、肝肾病等重大躯体疾病； （2）有脑外伤史或曾昏迷超过10分钟； （3）体内有金属植入、幽闭恐惧等核磁扫描禁忌症。 低海拔地区健康对照排除标准： （1）有严重心血管、肝肾疾病等重大躯体疾病； （2）有精神疾病及家族史； （3）有脑外伤史或曾昏迷超过10分钟； （4）体内有金属植入、幽闭恐惧等核磁扫描禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria for healthy controls in high-altitude areas: (1) Have major physical diseases such as altitude sickness, severe cardiovascular diseases, liver and kidney diseases, etc.; (2) Have a history of mental disorders and family history; (3) Have a history of brain trauma or have been in a coma for more than 10 minutes; (4) Have metal implants in the body or have claustrophobia, which are contraindications for MRI scans.
