通过高分辨MRI评价低剂量阿司匹林降低颅内动脉瘤壁强化率和强化厚度的效能  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to evaluate whether low-dose aspirin (100 mg/d) reduces ER and wall-enhancement thickness in unruptured IAs (UIAs) using high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging (HRMRI).

纳入标准：

招募颅内未破裂动脉瘤患者，患者年龄大于18岁、小于80岁，男女不限，患者无磁共振检查禁忌症，短期内不打算进行IAs手术治疗。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with unruptured intracranial aneurysms (UIAs) were recruited, with the inclusion criteria as follows: aged 18 to 80 years, of either sex, no contraindications to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and no planned surgical treatment for intracranial aneurysms (IAs) in the short term.

排除标准：

患者有磁共振检查禁忌症，以前有过动脉瘤破裂史，合并有动静脉畸形，梭形动脉瘤或外伤性动脉瘤，短期内有动脉瘤介入或开颅治疗意愿的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria included contraindications to MRI, a history of previous aneurysmal rupture, concomitant arteriovenous malformation, fusiform or traumatic aneurysms, and intention to undergo endovascular or craniotomy treatment for intracranial aneurysms in the near term.
