研究目的：

探讨通用大语言模型（Large Language Models，LLMs）在运用检索增强生成（Retrieval-augmented generation，RAG）和思维链（Chain of Thought, CoT）增强机制下是否能够改善通用 LLMs 的在儿童血液病医学诊断中的诊断效能。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether Large Language Models (LLMs) can improve the diagnostic efficacy of generic LLMs in pediatric hematology medical diagnosis using Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and Chain of Thought (CoT) enhancement mechanisms. diagnosis in pediatric hematology medicine.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄介于 0 至 18 岁之间；
2.患儿的病史资料（包括入院时一般资料、现病史、既往史、个人史、家族史、体格检查、初诊时初步检查结果、骨髓穿刺检查结果及遗传学等）齐全；
3.首次就诊并明确诊断的病例；

Inclusion criteria

1.Children between 0 and 18 years of age;
2.Complete medical history of the child (including general information on admission, current medical history, past history, personal history, family history, physical examination, initial findings at the time of the initial consultation, results of bone marrow aspiration examination and genetics);
3.Cases of first-time consultation with a confirmed diagnosis;

排除标准：

1.年龄>18 岁；
2.病史资料不齐全，无法提取研究所需关键信息；
3.非我院首诊病例；
4.诊断不明确或后续诊断被推翻的病例；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Over 18 years old;
2.Incomplete medical history to extract key information needed for the study;
3.Cases not first diagnosed in our hospital;
4.Cases with unclear diagnosis or subsequent diagnosis overturned;
