研究目的：

观察先天性脊柱侧弯患者在“O”型臂导航系统辅助下采用椎弓根外侧In-Out-In 螺钉技术对的狭小变异椎行内固定术的疗效，探讨其安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the efficacy of segmental spinal fixation using the pedicle lateral In-Out-In screw technique in patients with congenital scoliosis assisted by the 'O'-shaped arm navigation system for narrow variant vertebrae, and to explore its safety.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）诊断为先天性脊柱侧弯患者，（2）行脊柱截骨矫形内固定术，（3）资料完整者；

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosed as congenital scoliosis, 2. Underwent spinal osteotomy orthopedic internal fixation, 3. Complete data;

排除标准：

（1）特发性脊柱侧弯患者，（2）既往有脊柱手术史者，（3）存在全身或局部感染等影响手术的因素，（4）失去随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with idiopathic scoliosis, 2. Patients with a history of spinal surgery, 3. Patients with systemic or local infection and other factors affecting the operation, 4. Patients who lost follow-up.
