研究目的：

评估血清MST1蛋白水平是否可作为老年带状疱疹患者发展为带状疱疹后神经痛的预测生物标志物。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate whether serum MST1 protein level can serve as a predictive biomarker for the development of postherpetic neuralgia in elderly patients with herpes zoster.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄≥65岁； 2. 经临床确诊为带状疱疹（出现典型集簇性水疱伴疼痛，病程≤7天）； 3. 意识清晰，可配合完成疼痛评估及血样采集； 4. 签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged >= 65 years; 2.Clinically diagnosed with herpes zoster (typical clustered vesicles with pain, disease duration <= 7 days); 3.Conscious and able to cooperate with pain assessment and blood sample collection; 4.Signed informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 合并严重肝肾功能不全、自身免疫性疾病（如类风湿关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮）或恶性肿瘤； 2. 患有严重认知障碍或精神疾病，无法完成随访及疼痛评估； 3. 既往有神经病理性疼痛病史（如糖尿病周围神经病变、三叉神经痛）； 4. 有血样采集禁忌症者（如凝血功能障碍）。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe liver or kidney dysfunction, autoimmune diseases (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus), or malignant tumors; 2.Severe cognitive impairment or mental illness that prevents follow-up or pain assessment; 3.History of neuropathic pain (e.g., diabetic peripheral neuropathy, trigeminal neuralgia); 4.Contraindications to blood sample collection (e.g., coagulation disorders).

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

将使用标准化病例报告表进行数据收集。采用安全数据库进行电子数据采集，由两名研究人员独立进行双人录入。将应用逻辑核查以确保数据质量。数据设有密码保护，仅授权人员可访问。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Standardized Case Report Form (CRF) will be used for data collection. Electronic data capture will be performed using a secure database with double-data entry by two independent researchers. Logical checks will be applied to ensure data quality. Data will be password-protected and accessible only to authorized personnel.
