Objectives of Study：

Study the role of ZFP36 in the M2 polarization of macrophages and its influence on the bone lipid balance in BMSCs and the progression of osteoporosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.在李惠利医院骨科接受择期髋、膝关节置换手术或因外伤骨折而就诊并同意进行手术的临床病人，年龄、性别、体重不限。

Inclusion criteria

1.Clinical patients who have undergone elective hip or knee joint replacement surgery or have visited the orthopedics department of Li Huili Hospital due to traumatic fractures and have agreed to undergo surgery are eligible, regardless of age, gender or weight.

排除标准：

1.服用骨骼健康相关药物患者；
2.服用骨骼健康相关药物患者，骨或肌肉组织病变或严重感染患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients taking medications related to bone health;
2.Patients taking bone health-related medications, as well as those with bone or muscle tissue lesions or severe infections.
