研究目的：

本研究采用节奏运动为干预方式，并选取啦啦操作为节奏运动的干预手段，考虑到5-6岁学龄前幼儿的接受能力及安全问题，最终选取舞蹈啦啦操进行运动干预，旨在探究节奏运动干预对5-6岁学龄前儿童感觉统合能力及身体素质发展的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study uses rhythmic exercise as the intervention method and selects cheerleading as the means of rhythmic exercise intervention. Considering the acceptance ability and safety issues of 5-6-year-old preschool children, dance cheerleading was ultimately chosen for the exercise intervention, aiming to explore the effects of rhythmic exercise intervention on the sensory integration ability and physical fitness development of 5-6-year-old preschool children.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄为5-6岁 2.身体健康，可以进行正常体育锻炼 3.实验期间不进行其他运动项目的系统训练 4.无长期节奏运动经验 5.家长或监护人愿意参加研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age: 5-6 years old 2. In good health and capable of engaging in normal physical exercises 3. No systematic training for other sports activities during the experiment 4. No long-term experience in rhythmic sports 5. Parents or guardians are willing to participate in the research and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.患有传染病、精神疾病或发育不良； 2.经医院体检诊断患有心血管、呼吸、代谢性疾病，或有运动禁忌症； 3.长期参与体育运动训练（如舞蹈、体操等系统训练）； 4.实验期间计划参加其他运动项目的系统训练。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from infectious diseases, mental illnesses, or developmental disorders; 2. Diagnosed by a hospital physical examination with cardiovascular, respiratory, or metabolic diseases, or having contraindications for exercise; 3. Long-term participation in sports training (such as dance, gymnastics, or other systematic training); 4. Planning to participate in systematic training of other sports during the experiment.
