研究目的：

1，探讨术前使用布比卡因脂质体进行肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞对上肢骨折患者疼痛评分和术后恢复质量的影响 2，探讨术前使用布比卡因脂质体进行肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞对上肢骨折患者睡眠质量的影响 3，探讨术前使用布比卡因脂质体进行肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞对上肢骨折患者血流动力学和术后不良事件的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the effect of preoperative intramuscular groove brachial plexus block using liposomal bupivacaine on pain scores and postoperative recovery quality in patients with upper limb fractures. 2. To explore the effect of preoperative intramuscular groove brachial plexus block using liposomal bupivacaine on sleep quality in patients with upper limb fractures. 3. To explore the influence of preoperative intramuscular groove brachial plexus block using liposomal bupivacaine on hemodynamics and postoperative adverse events in patients with upper limb fractures.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.单侧上肢骨折；
2.拟行手术治疗；
3.ASA分级I-III级；
4.签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Unilateral upper limb fracture;
2.Scheduled for surgical treatment;
3.ASA I-III;
4.Signed the informed consent form;

排除标准：

1.急诊手术；
2.开放性骨折；
3.孕妇；
4.局麻药过敏史；
5.肝肾功能不全（Child-Pugh B/C或eGFR<60ml/min；
6.凝血功能障碍；
7.穿刺部位感染；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Open fracture;
2.Emergency surgery;
3.Pregnant woman;
4.With a History of Local Anesthetic Allergy;
5.Hepatic or renal insufficiency (Child-Pugh B/C or eGFR<60ml/min);
6.Coagulation dysfunction;
7.Already an infection at the puncture site;
