研究目的：

对MATADOC进行汉化，并根据MATADOC指导应用音乐感觉定向训练技术，以期改善意识障碍患者的意识水平和认知功能，对现有的意识障碍诊断和治疗手段进行补充和完善。  

Objectives of Study：

Sinicize MATADOC and apply music sensory orientation training techniques according to MATADOC guidance, in order to improve the consciousness level and cognitive function of patients with consciousness disorders, and supplement and improve existing diagnostic and treatment methods for consciousness disorders.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合意识障碍诊断标准。2.年龄在18岁及以上，家属/本人同意参加研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for consciousness disorders. 2. Age 18 and above, with the consent of family members/myself to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1）病情危重，未能脱氧，随时可能发生病情变化。 2）患者患病前对音乐厌恶，抗拒音乐聆听。

Exclusion criteria：

1) The condition is critical and cannot be deoxygenated, and there may be changes in the condition at any time. 2) The patient had a pre illness aversion to music and resisted listening to it.
