研究目的：

明确湖北省三甲医院康复专业医务人员的健康科普认知水平、实践行为、现存障碍及真实培训需求，通过厘清康复科普发展的核心问题，为培训资源精准配置与政策制定提供科学支撑，进而奠定本土化康复科普人才培养模式的构建基础。  

Objectives of Study：

To accurately understand the health science popularization cognition level, practical behavior, existing obstacles and real training needs of medical staff in the rehabilitation field in Grade-A tertiary hospitals in Hubei Province, by clarifying the core issues in the development of rehabilitation science popularization, it provides scientific support for the precise allocation of training resources and policy-making, and thereby lays the foundation for the construction of a localized training model for rehabilitation science popularization talents.

纳入标准：

1.目标医院康复科全职临床工作>=1年； 2.职业为临床医师、康复治疗师或注册护士； 3.自愿参与并签署电子知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Full-time clinical work in the rehabilitation department of the target hospital for at least one year; 2.Occupation as a clinical physician, rehabilitation therapist or registered nurse; 3.Voluntary participation and signing of the electronic informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.进修、实习、规培阶段学员； 2.研究期间长期（>1个月）不在岗者； 3.主要承担行政、管理职能，不参与临床诊疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Trainees in further education, internship, and standardized training periods; 2.Those who are absent from their posts for a long time (>1 month) during research; 3.Those who mainly undertake administrative and management functions and do not participate in clinical diagnosis and treatment.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

一、病例记录表（Case Record Form, CRF） 采用自填式电子问卷作为病例记录表，问卷包含社会人口学与职业特征、康复科普认知、科普实践行为、科普态度与感知障碍、科普培训需求五大核心模块，题型含李克特量表、选择题、自由文本题，所有条目均经专家评审确定，预试验后完成优化修订。 二、电子采集和管理系统（Electronic Data Capture, EDC） 采用问卷星作为电子数据采集与管理系统，该平台支持结构化问卷设计、逻辑跳转、配额控制、实时数据管理及自动保存功能；平台实施HTTPS传输加密、安全存储与定期备份，设置密码访问、权限隔离及数据访问日志功能，符合伦理要求与数据安全管理规范。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

I. Case Record Form (CRF) A self-administered electronic questionnaire was adopted as the case record form. The questionnaire consists of five core modules: sociodemographic and occupational characteristics, awareness of rehabilitation science popularization, science popularization practice behavior, attitude towards science popularization and perceived barriers, and training needs for science popularization. The question types include Likert scales, multiple-choice questions, and free-text questions. All items were determined by expert review and were optimized and revised after a pilot test. II. Electronic Data Capture (EDC) System Questionnaire Star was adopted as the electronic data collection and management system. This platform supports structured questionnaire design, logical jumps, quota control, real-time data management and automatic saving functions. The platform implements HTTPS transmission encryption, secure storage and regular backup, and sets up password access, permission isolation and data access log functions, which comply with ethical requirements and data security management norms.
