研究目的：

1. 在结直肠早癌FFPE 病理切片中检测Fusobacterium nucleatum（FN）的组织内分布情况 2. 分析 FN 状态与肿瘤免疫微环境（CD8、FOXP3、PD-L1）的关系 3. 探讨 FN 与结直肠早癌病理高危特征之间的相关性  

Objectives of Study：

1.The tissue distribution of Fusobacterium nucleatum ( FN ) was detected in FFPE pathological sections of early colorectal cancer. 2.To analyze the relationship between FN status and tumor immune microenvironment ( CD8, FOXP3, PD-L1 ). 3.To investigate the correlation between FN and the pathological high-risk characteristics of early colorectal cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.病理诊断为结直肠早癌（HGIN 或 T1期腺癌） 2.有完整FFPE病理蜡块 3.未接受术前放疗或化疗；

Inclusion criteria

1.Pathological diagnosis of early colorectal cancer ( HGIN or T1 adenocarcinoma ) 2.A complete FFPE pathological wax block 3.No preoperative radiotherapy or chemotherapy.

排除标准：

1.炎症性肠病相关癌 2.遗传性结直肠癌综合征 3.病理组织量不足以完成检测；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Inflammatory bowel disease-associated cancer 2.Hereditary colorectal cancer syndrome 3.Pathological tissue volume is not enough to complete the test.
