研究目的：

1. 通过标准化CLE-test检测，系统描述高水平运动员群体中运动诱发性喉梗阻（EILO）的发病率及其在年龄、性别、运动项目、竞技水平等亚组中的分布特征； 2.识别与EILO发病相关的可调控因素，并量化评估其关联强度。 3. 为运动队建立EILO风险分级预警指标和优化呼吸健康管理策略提供流行病学证据，以减轻运动员EILO及相关呼吸系统疾病的健康负担。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To systematically describe the incidence of exercise-induced laryngeal obstruction (EILO) among high-level athletes and its distribution across subgroups defined by age, sex, sport discipline, and competition level, using standardized CLE-test assessments. 2. To identify modifiable factors associated with the onset of EILO and quantitatively evaluate the strength of their associations. 3 . To provide epidemiological evidence for establishing risk-stratified early-warning indicators and optimizing respiratory health management strategies for sports teams, aiming to reduce the health burden of EILO and related respiratory conditions among athletes.

纳入标准：

1.曾入选或为现役国家队运动员； 2.全国综合性运动会比赛前24名； 3.全国锦标（冠军）赛前16名； 4.在其他同等或更高级别竞技水平赛事取得相应名次者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Previously selected or currently active national team athlete; 2. Top 24 in the National Comprehensive Games; 3. Top 16 in the National Championship (Champion) competition; 4. Achieved corresponding rankings in other competitions of the same or higher competitive level.

排除标准：

1.患有慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺心病、抑郁症或其他重大疾病； 2.曾接受过胸外科手术； 3.实验前3周内曾发生肺部感染； 4.实验前已停训2周及以上； 5.实验前1周内曾出现中度或重度的感冒、呼吸道感染等症状。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary heart disease, depression, or other major illnesses; 2. Had previously undergone thoracic surgery; 3. Experienced a pulmonary infection within 3 weeks before the experiment; 4. Had stopped training for 2 weeks or more before the experiment; 5. Had moderate or severe cold, respiratory infection, or other symptoms within 1 week before the experiment.
