研究目的：

（1）调查维持性血液透析患者自我倡权的现状； （2）基于COM-B模型，全面分析维持性血液透析患者自我倡权的影响因素； （3）通过构建结构方程模型，探讨疾病心理社会适应、家庭关怀度、事件相关性反刍性沉思与自我倡权之间的关系，了解这些因素间的作用机制和效应； （4）根据前期量性研究的结果，进行质性研究，描述维持性血液透析患者自我倡权的体验和需求； （5）整合量性和质性研究结果，提出提高维持性血液透析患者自我倡权的建议和策略，为制定干预策略提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To investigate the current status of self-advocacy among patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.(2) To comprehensively analyze the influencing factors of self-advocacy in maintenance hemodialysis patients based on the COM-B model.(3) To explore the relationships among psychosocial adaptation to illness, family care, event-related rumination, and self-advocacy by constructing a structural equation model, and to clarify their mechanism and effect.(4) To conduct a qualitative study to describe the experiences and needs of self-advocacy among maintenance hemodialysis patients based on the results of the previous quantitative study.(5) To integrate quantitative and qualitative findings, propose suggestions and strategies to improve self-advocacy in maintenance hemodialysis patients, and provide a reference for developing intervention programs.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合终末期肾脏病的诊断标准； （2）年龄≥18岁； （3）血液透析时间≥3个月； （4）具备阅读和理解中文问卷的能力，能够进行语言沟通。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for end-stage renal disease ; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. Undergoing hemodialysis for >= 3 months ; 4. Possess the ability to read and understand the Chinese questionnaire, and able to communicate verbally.

排除标准：

（1）有严重躯体功能障碍或精神疾病史； （2）有恶性肿瘤等合并其他严重疾病的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have severe physical dysfunction or a history of mental illness; 2. Patients with other serious comorbidities such as malignant tumors.
