研究目的：

本研究是一项随机、对照开放性研究，选择以术后肠道结构和功能相对完整的患者为研究对象，观察术后早期口服蛋白质组件对结直肠癌根治术患者术后蛋白质代谢、营养状况和肠功能恢复的影响，以探讨进一步优化ERAS围术期管理的可能性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is a randomized, controlled open label study that selected patients with relatively intact postoperative intestinal structure and function as the research subjects. The effects of early oral protein components on postoperative protein metabolism, nutritional status, and intestinal function recovery in patients undergoing radical surgery for colorectal cancer were observed to explore the possibility of further optimizing ERAS perioperative management.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄≧18周岁； 2. 结直肠镜检查和病理检查确诊为结直肠癌患者； 3. CT、MRI和其他术前诊断为无远处转移； 4. 择期进行结直肠癌根治术； 5. 签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Diagnosed with colorectal cancer through colonoscopy and pathological examination; 3. CT, MRI, and other preoperative diagnoses without distant metastasis; 4. Elected radical surgery for colorectal cancer; 5. Signed a written informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 糖尿病患者； 2. 孕产妇； 3. 胸腹部大手术史； 4. 并发肠梗阻、肠穿孔或外伤等急性疾病的患者； 5. 胃全切除术史； 6. 严重肝肾功能不全者，符合实验室检查肝功能AST和/或ALT≧2.5ULN；或肾功能Cr>1.6ULN的患者； 7. 高尿酸血症患者； 8. 有肠内营养禁忌症的患者； 9. 对研究用产品成分有过敏的患者； 10. 有精神障碍等无法进行量表评估的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with diabetes; 2. Pregnant women; 3. History of major thoracic and abdominal surgeries; 4. Patients with acute diseases such as intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation, or trauma; 5. History of total gastrectomy; 6. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction who meet laboratory tests for liver function AST and/or ALT >= 2.5ULN; Patients with renal function Cr >1.6ULN; 7. Patients with hyperuricemia; 8. Patients with contraindications to enteral nutrition; 9. Patients who are allergic to the ingredients of research products; 10. Patients with mental disorders or other conditions that cannot be assessed on a scale.
