研究目的：

1.调查莆田市急诊医护人员接听急救电话远程指导救助能力现状,并分析其影响因素。 2.在前期现状调查基础上结合社会学习理论,构建一个适合急诊医护人员培养要求,可以长期使用、资源共享的急诊院前急救培训案例库。 3.构建急诊医护人员急救电话远程指导培训平台。 4.基于急救电话远程指导培训平台的培训,在院前急救电话远程指导能力提升培训的具体实践,并评价其效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the current status of emergency medical personnel's ability to provide remote guidance and assistance via emergency calls in Putian City, and to analyze the influencing factors. 2. Based on the preliminary status investigation and combined with social learning theory, to construct an emergency pre-hospital care training case library suitable for the training requirements of emergency medical personnel, which can be used long-term and allows for resource sharing. 3. To construct a training platform for emergency medical personnel on providing remote guidance via emergency calls. 4. To conduct practical training based on the emergency call remote guidance training platform, focusing on improving pre-hospital emergency call remote guidance capabilities, and to evaluate its effectiveness.

纳入标准：

第一部分横断面调查纳入标准： 1.研究对象：福建省莆田市急诊医护人员。 2.工作年限：从事急诊工作至少1年。 3.参与急救电话远程指导：有实际参与急救电话远程指导的经验。 4.知情同意：自愿参与调查并签署知情同意书。 5.调查期间在职的医护人员。 第三阶段干预研究纳入标准： 1.研究对象：福建省莆田市某三甲医院急诊医护人员。 2.岗位要求：直接参与急诊工作，包括医生、护士及急救相关人员。 3.工作年限：从事急诊工作至少1年。 4.参与意愿：自愿参加为期1年的院前急救远程指导能力培训，并签署知情同意书。 5.培训参与度：能够全程参与培训，并完成培训要求的各项任务和考核。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for the cross-sectional survey in the first part: 1. Research subjects: Emergency medical staff in Putian City, Fujian Province. 2. Work experience: Have been engaged in emergency work for at least one year. 3. Participation in remote emergency call guidance: Have practical experience in participating in remote emergency call guidance. 4. Informed consent: Voluntarily participate in the survey and sign the informed consent form. 5. Medical staff during the survey period. Inclusion criteria for the intervention study in the third phase: 1. Research subjects: Emergency medical staff of a tertiary hospital in Putian City, Fujian Province. 2. Job requirements: Directly involved in emergency work, including doctors, nurses, and emergency-related personnel. 3. Work experience: Have been engaged in emergency work for at least one year. 4. Participation intention: Voluntarily participate in the one-year pre-hospital emergency remote guidance ability training and sign the informed consent form. 5. Training participation: Be able to fully participate in the training and complete all tasks and assessments required by the training.

排除标准：

第一部分横断面调查排除标准：因语言、认知等障碍问题无法独立完成问卷。 第三部分干预研究排除标准：由于各种原因拒绝参与本次调查。

Part 1: Exclusion criteria for the cross-sectional survey: Those unable to complete the questionnaire independently due to language, cognitive, or other barriers. Part 3: Exclusion criteria for the intervention study: Those who refuse to participate in this survey for various reasons.
