研究目的：

我们通过将?群锁定在伴有胰岛素抵抗的抑郁症患者，来更加准确的探究rTMS?于改善抑郁症患者代谢指标和认知功能可?性，以期为临床上治疗伴胰岛素抵抗的抑郁症患者提供?种新的思路。  

Objectives of Study：

By focusing on a cohort of depressed patients with comorbid insulin resistance, we aim to more precisely investigate the feasibility of using rTMS to improve metabolic parameters and cognitive function in this population. This approach may offer a new perspective for the clinical management of depression accompanied by insulin resistance.

纳入标准：

1.符合DSM-5抑郁症诊断标准； 2.年龄18~65岁；

Inclusion criteria

1.Diagnosed with major depressive disorder based on DSM-5 criteria;
2.Aged 18 to 65 years;

排除标准：

1.严重躯体疾病（如??免疫 病、感染）； 2.?属植?物和rTMS禁忌证； 3.近期使?降糖药物；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Serious somatic diseases (e.g., autoimmune disorders, infections); 2.Metal implants and contraindications to rTMS; 3.Recent use of glucose-lowering medications;

数据采集：使用专门为本研究设计的纸质病例报告表（Case Report Form, CRF） 收集所有参与者的基线信息、干预措施、观测指标和结局事件。所有CRF由经过统一培训的研究人员填写。 数据管理：所有纸质CRF数据由双人独立录入到 【填写您使用的系统名称，例如：REDCap电子数据采集系统 / Excel模板数据库】 中，并进行逻辑核查与范围核查以确保数据准确性。数据库由主要研究者（PI）管理，并定期备份。最终用于分析的数据集将被锁定

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data Collection: Baseline information, interventions, observation indicators, and outcome events for all participants were collected using paper Case Report Forms (CRFs) specifically designed for this study. All CRFs were completed by research personnel who had undergone unified training.Data Management: All data from the paper CRFs were independently entered into [Please fill in the system name used, e.g., the REDCap electronic data capture system / an Excel template database] by two individuals. Logical checks and range checks were performed to ensure data accuracy. The database is managed by the Principal Investigator (PI) and is regularly backed up. The final dataset used for analysis will be locked.
