研究目的：

本研究拟以原发性肾病综合征患儿及家长为代表，以“游戏化mHealth为干预工具，开展质性研究、混合研究及随机对照研究，以达到以下目标： 1．分析医护人员、肾病综合征患儿及照护者对居家健康管理软件内容的需求 2．基于自我决定理论（SDT），构建适合我市的原发性肾病综合征患儿游戏化mHealth居家健康管理策略； 3．搭建云端游戏化mHealth健康管理平台； 4．初步验证游戏化mHealth居家健康管理策略提升患儿自我管理能力实施的有效性和可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will employ a representative sample of children diagnosed with Primary Nephrotic Syndrome (PNS) and their parents/caregivers. Utilizing a gamified mHealth intervention tool, the research will incorporate qualitative, mixed-methods, and randomized controlled trial (RCT) methodologies to achieve the following objectives: 1. To analyze the content requirements of home-based health management software from the perspectives of healthcare professionals (HCPs), children with PNS, and their primary caregivers. 2. To develop a gamified mHealth home-based health management strategy tailored for PNS children in our city, grounded in Self-Determination Theory (SDT). 3. To construct a cloud-based gamified mHealth health management platform. 4. To conduct a preliminary assessment of the effectiveness and feasibility of the implemented gamified mHealth home-based health management strategy in enhancing self-management capabilities among pediatric patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.肾病综合征患者：诊断符合 2016 年中华医学会儿科学分会肾脏病学组制定的儿童激素敏感、复发/依赖肾病综合征诊治循证指南：尿蛋白≥3+，24小时尿蛋白定量≥50mg／kg，血清白蛋白＜25g/L； 2.年龄2-16岁； 3.初次确诊肾病综合征3个月内患者； 4.在患儿及照护者能够清晰应答，会熟练使用智能手机； 5.能够理解并配合相关研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosis of Nephrotic Syndrome: Meeting the diagnostic criteria outlined in the *2016 Evidence-Based Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Management of Steroid-Sensitive, Relapsing/Dependent Nephrotic Syndrome in Children* established by the Renal Disease Group of the Pediatrics Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, specifically: Urine protein >= 3+ (dipstick) 24-hour urinary protein excretion >= 50 mg/kg Serum albumin < 25 g/L 2. Age: Between 2 and 16 years old. 3. Disease Onset: Within 3 months of initial diagnosis of Nephrotic Syndrome. 4. Cognitive and Technical Ability: Both the child (as age-appropriate) and their primary caregiver must be capable of providing clear responses and be proficient in using a smartphone. 5. Compliance: Able to understand the study requirements and willing to cooperate with the research procedures.

排除标准：

1.继发性及先天性肾病； 2.糖尿病、肿瘤、活动性消化性溃疡或病毒性肝炎等合并性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary or Congenital Nephrotic Syndrome. 2. Comorbid conditions such as Diabetes Mellitus, Malignancy (Cancer), Active Peptic Ulcer Disease, or Viral Hepatitis.
