研究目的：

回肠新膀胱术后尿路感染是临床上较为关注的问题，目前对导致感染的病原菌方面的研究较少。本研究拟采用宏基用组学测序和代谢组学分析探究回肠新膀胱术后菌群变化，为新膀胱术后尿路感染的诊断和预防治疗提供生物学实验依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Urinary tract infection after ileal neobladder surgery is a clinical concern, and there is currently limited research on the pathogens that cause the infection. This study aims to explore the changes in microbiota after ileal neobladder surgery using macro genomic sequencing and metabolomics analysis, providing a biological experimental basis for the diagnosis and prevention of urinary tract infections after neobladder surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 拟接受根治性膀胱切除回肠新膀胱手术的患者。 2. 接受根治性膀胱切除回肠新膀胱手术术后三个月以上的患者。 3. 无尿路感染和尿路留置物的正常人群。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who plan to undergo radical cystectomy and ileal neobladder surgery. 2. Patients who have undergone radical cystectomy and ileal neobladder surgery for more than three months. 3. Normal population without urinary tract infections and urinary tract retention.

排除标准：

1. 回肠新膀胱术后尿路有留置物的患者。 2. 回肠新膀胱术后合并肠瘘患者。 3. 尿路有留置物的人群。 4. 留取尿液前 72 小时内用过抗生素的患者。 5. 临床资料信息收集不全患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with urinary tract retention after ileal neobladder surgery. 2. Patients with intestinal fistula after ileal neobladder surgery. 3. People with urinary tract retention. 4. Patients who have used antibiotics within 72 hours prior to urine collection. 5. Patients with incomplete collection of clinical data information.
