Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of the effect of high-frequency jet ventilation superimposed on conventional ventilation in preventing hypoxemia during thoracic surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 自愿签署知情同意书； 2. 择期在全身麻醉下行肺部手术患者（楔形切除术，肺节段切除术，肺叶部分切除术，肺叶切除术，肺切除术）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who voluntarily sign the informed consent form and are scheduled to undergo pulmonary surgery (wedge resection, segmentectomy, partial lobectomy, lobectomy, pneumonectomy) under general anesthesia.

排除标准：

1. 急诊手术； 2. 年龄＜20y； 3. 怀孕； 4. 禁烟小于2周； 5. 术前存在感染； 6. 术前存在严重的心肺疾病。经研究者判断认为不适合参与本试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who underwent emergency surgery; 2. were under 20 years old; 3. pregnant; 4. had quit smoking for less than two weeks; 5. had preoperative infections; 6. had severe preoperative cardiopulmonary diseases, and were judged by the researchers as unsuitable for participation in this trial.
