研究目的：

通过多模态数据融合，构建可应用于临床的疾病模式判别模型及靶向干预路径，为UC的精准诊疗提供理论基础和转化路径。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the fusion of multimodal data, a disease pattern discrimination model and targeted intervention path that can be applied in clinical practice are constructed, providing a theoretical basis and transformation path for the precise diagnosis and treatment of UC.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1、经内镜+组织病理确诊为溃疡性结肠炎（符合ECCO诊断标准） 2、年龄18–70岁 3、有完整的随访和样本采集意愿 4、能接受≥3次间隔3个月以上的随访 5、签署知情同意

Inclusion criteria

1. The patient was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis by endoscopy and histopathology (meeting the ECCO diagnostic criteria); 2. Age: 18 to 70; 3. Have a complete willingness to follow up and collect samples; 4. Be able to accept at least 3 follow-ups with intervals of more than 3 months; 5. Sign informed consent,

排除标准：

1、妊娠或哺乳期妇女 2、合并其他IBD类型(如CD)、肠道恶性肿瘤、自身免疫病等; 3、无法进行规律随访的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Patients with other types of IBD (such as Crohn's disease), intestinal malignancies, autoimmune diseases, etc.; 3. Patients who are unable to undergo regular follow-up.
