对入组的糖尿病肾病患者进行随访，对肾病进展或逆转情况、相关实验室指标等进行分析  

Objectives of Study：

Follow-up of diabetic nephropathy patients 10 years later, analysis of loss to follow-up and survival status.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.2型糖尿病肾病患者（18≤年龄≤75岁）； 2.自愿受试并签署知情同意书； 3.能够并且愿意提供书面知情同意书，并遵守研究方案的要求；

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy (18 <= age <= 75 years); 2. Voluntarily participating in the study and signing the informed consent form; 3. Able and willing to provide a written informed consent and comply with the requirements of the study protocol;

排除标准：

1.非糖尿病肾脏疾病；
2.严重心脏及肝功能异常；
3.恶性肿瘤；
4.糖尿病急性并发症；
5.妊娠者；
6.患有精神疾病或生活不能自理者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Non-diabetic kidney disease; 2.severe heart and liver function abnormalities; 3.malignant tumors; 4.acute or serious diabetic complications; 5.pregnant individuals; 6. Those with mental illnesses or who are unable to take care of themselves;
