研究目的：

1.通过随机双盲平行对照试验，探究膳食补充磷虾油干预对胆固醇、脂蛋白等临床参数的影响； 2.通过代谢组学技术，筛选磷虾油干预前后显著差异的内源性代谢物，识别潜在生物标志物； 3.基于 KEGG 通路富集分析，阐明磷虾油调控的关键代谢通路与作用靶点，多维视角揭示磷虾油干预改善高胆固醇血症的机制，为其在心血管疾病预防与干预中的应用提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the effects of dietary krill oil supplementation on clinical parameters—including cholesterol and lipoprotein profiles—through a randomized, double-blind, parallel-group, placebo-controlled trial; 2. To apply metabolomics approaches to identify significantly altered endogenous metabolites before and after krill oil intervention and to discover potential biomarkers associated with its biological effects; 3. To elucidate the key metabolic pathways and molecular targets modulated by krill oil via KEGG pathway enrichment analysis, thereby providing a multi-dimensional mechanistic understanding of how krill oil ameliorates hypercholesterolemia and offering scientific evidence to support its application in the prevention and management of cardiovascular diseases.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在35-65周岁，性别、民族不限； 2.被诊断为高胆固醇血症，TC≥5.2 mmol/L或LDL-C≥3.4 mmol/L； 3.每周海鲜摄入量不超过200g；或近3个月未服用过n-3多不饱和脂肪酸补充剂； 4.自愿参加并签订知情同意书，配合完成研究者安排的问卷或接受电话随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age between 35-65 years old, regardless of gender or ethnicity; 2. Diagnosed with hypercholesterolemia, TC >= 5.2 mmol/L or LDL-C >= 3.4 mmol/L; 3. Weekly seafood intake should not exceed 200g; or have not taken n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid supplements in the past 3 months; 4. Voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form, cooperate to complete the questionnaire arranged by the researcher or accept telephone follow-up.

排除标准：

1.家族性高脂血症或甘油三酯浓度>4.56mmol/L； 2.患有任何形式的肝、肾及恶性肿瘤等疾病； 3.已知对海鲜或研究药物（n-3多不饱和脂肪酸）过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Familial hyperlipidemia or triglyceride concentration >4.56mmol/L; 2. Suffering from any form of liver, kidney, and malignant tumors; 3. Individuals known to be allergic to seafood or research drugs (n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids).
