研究目的：

1.通过静息态脑电图、功能性红外热成像(fNIRS)技术及数据分析，研究伴自杀风险的重度抑郁障碍患者与健康对照组相比静息态脑电图功能网络的相关异常。 2.探究 50HzMST治疗组和100HzMST治疗前后之间的症状缓解程度与功能网络变化是否存在显著相关性。 3.采用静息态脑电图及fNIRS 探讨其MST治疗后相关神经机制，探究MST治疗后脑网络连接变化与自杀观念、自杀行为、认知功能等指标存在相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Using resting-state electroencephalography (EEG), functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) and data analysis, investigate abnormalities in resting-state functional networks among patients with major depressive disorder at risk of suicide compared to healthy controls. 2. Examine whether significant correlations exist between symptom remission levels and functional network changes before and after treatment in the 50Hz MST and 100Hz MST groups. 3. Employ resting-state EEG and fNIRS to investigate the underlying neural mechanisms following MST treatment, examining correlations between altered brain network connectivity post-treatment and indicators such as suicidal ideation, suicidal behaviour, and cognitive function.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.DSM-5诊断为重性抑郁障碍；18-60岁； 2.能充分理解问卷的事项和任务要求； 3.自愿参加本研究并签署相关知情同意书； 4.入组前14天未服用过精神科相关药物；

Inclusion criteria

1.Diagnosed with major depressive disorder according to DSM-5 criteria;18 to 60 years of age; 2.Fully comprehend the questionnaire's items and task requirements; 3.Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the relevant informed consent form; 4.No psychiatric medication taken in the 14 days prior to enrolment;

排除标准：

1.经SCID-5-CV访谈存在其他精神障碍；
2.神经系统疾病史、头部创伤；有颅内压明显增高者；
3.MST禁忌症：头颅内置有铁磁性金属异物或电子器件；带心脏起搏器者、心脏支架者；有耳蜗植入物者；
4.当前不稳定或严重的医学疾病不能耐受该疗法者、妊娠或哺乳；
5.有麻醉药过敏者、吸烟≥20支/天；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Other mental disorders were identified via the SCID-5-CV interview.
2.History of neurological disorders, head trauma; cases with markedly elevated intracranial pressure;
3.Contraindications for MST: Individuals with ferromagnetic metallic foreign bodies or electronic devices implanted within the cranium; those with cardiac pacemakers or cardiac stents; and those with cochlear implants.
4.Individuals with unstable or severe medical conditions who cannot tolerate this therapy, or those who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
5.Individuals with anaesthetic allergies; smokers consuming ≥20 cigarettes per day;
