七氟烷在改善肺炎患者氧和的机制及其调节作用：回顾性分析围手术期使用不同浓度不同种类的麻醉药物对患者拔管时间、血气分析等康复因素的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Mechanism of sevoflurane in improving oxygenation in patients with pneumonia and its regulatory effect:Retrospective analysis of the effects of different concentrations and types of anesthetic drugs during perioperative period on patients' extubation time, blood gas analysis, and other rehabilitation factors

纳入标准：

1.有明确的麻醉用药记录的外科手术患者，年龄≥16 岁；

Inclusion criteria

1.Surgical patients with clear anesthesia medication records, aged >=16 years;

排除标准：

1.麻醉记录不全面，查询不到准确用药，围术期发不良事件，如严重过敏反应，术后送ICU患者，没有记录恢复室时间患者，椎管内麻醉患者，局麻患者，硬膜外麻醉患者，使用除七氟烷之外的其他吸入麻醉药物如地氟烷、异氟烷等。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Incomplete anesthesia records, inability to verify accurate medication administration, perioperative adverse events such as severe allergic reactions, postoperative ICU admission, absence of recovery room time documentation, patients undergoing spinal anesthesia, local anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, and use of inhalation anesthetics other than sevoflurane (e.g., desflurane, isoflurane).
