研究目的:

通过混合闭环胰岛素输注系统(HCL)技术创新,优化糖尿病酮症酸中毒(DKA)治疗过程,达到以下目标: (1)缩短DKA患者的酮症酸中毒纠正时间,血糖目标范围时间(TIR)提高至80%以上,低血糖发生率降低至3%以下; (2)通过HCL技术减少患者对血糖监测和胰岛素调整的依赖,显著提高患者舒适度和生活质量; (3)在3年内推动HCL技术在至少3家医院的应用,为DKA的个性化治疗提供数据支持,最终改善患者预后。  

Objectives of Study:

Through technological innovation in Hybrid Closed-Loop (HCL) insulin delivery systems, we aim to optimize the treatment process for Diabetic Ketoacidosis (DKA) and achieve the following objectives:(1) Shorten the time to resolution of ketoacidosis in DKA patients, increase the Time in Range (TIR) to above 80%, and reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia to below 3%;(2) Reduce patients' dependence on frequent blood glucose monitoring and manual insulin adjustments through HCL technology, thereby significantly enhancing patient comfort and quality of life;(3) Promote the adoption of HCL technology in at least three hospitals within three years, provide data support for the personalized treatment of DKA, and ultimately improve patient prognosis.

纳入标准:

1、符合糖尿病酮症酸中毒诊断的患者 2、年龄2-75岁(包含两端) 3、愿意签署知情同意书者;

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for diabetic ketoacidosis; 2. Age 2 to 75 years old (inclusive); 3. Willing to sign the informed consent form.

排除标准:

1、妊娠期、哺乳期妇女 2、严重心肝肾功能不全患者 3、合并恶性肿瘤及急性心脑血管疾病患者 4、存在严重精神疾病患者;

Exclusion criteria:

1.Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Patients with severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal dysfunction; 3. Patients with concomitant malignancies or acute cardio-cerebrovascular diseases; 4. Patients with severe psychiatric disorders.
