研究目的：

新生儿败血症是早产儿死亡的主要原因之一，但由于其临床表现的非特异性及现有诊断方法的局限性，早期预测仍具挑战性。本研究旨在开发并验证一种基于围产期指标的列线图模型，以预测早产儿败血症风险，为临床早期干预提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Neonatal sepsis is one of the main causes of death in premature infants, but early prediction is still challenging due to the non-specific clinical manifest and limitations of current diagnostic methods. This study aims to develop and validate a nomogram model based on perinatal indicators to predict the risk of sepsis in premature infants, a basis for early clinical intervention.

纳入标准：

1.本院分娩的活产早产儿 2.具有完整的围产期记录 3.母亲产前产时诊疗数据完整 4.未接受外院治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. Live preterm infants delivered at this hospital 2. Complete perinatal records 3. Complete maternal prenatal and perinatal medical data 4. Did not receive treatment at other hospitals.

排除标准：

1.数据不完整（关键变量缺失>20%） 2.合并先天畸形或遗传病；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Incomplete data (key variables missing >20%) 2. Combine congenital malformations or genetic diseases;
