研究目的：

评估右美托咪定治疗慢性失眠的长期预后，开发并验证一个易于临床使用的个体化预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the long-term prognosis of dexmedetomidine in the treatment of chronic insomnia, develop and validate an individualized predictive model that is easy to use in clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18-75岁； （2）符合ICSD-3诊断标准； （3）基线ISI≥15分； （4）病程时间≥3个月。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age range: 18 - 75 years old; 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria of ICSD-3; 3. Baseline ISI score ≥ 15 points; 4. Duration of illness ≥ 3 months.

排除标准：

（1）严重OSA（AHI>15）； （2）严重肝肾功能不全； （3）症状性心动过缓或低血压； （4）妊娠/哺乳期； （5）关键数据缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe OSA (AHI > 15); 2. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Symptomatic bradycardia or hypotension; 4. Pregnant or lactating; 5. Missing critical data.
