研究目的:

设计科学有效的 “体养融合” 健康养老服务体系,开展实践干预验证效果,提出社区及机构养老发展的优化对策与服务体系,为健康老龄化背景下体育与养老服务体系发展提供现实范式;推动高校体育志愿者融入养老服务体系,搭建高校与养老服务对接平台,建立老年人运动档案库,构建完善的 “体养融合” 服务系统;探究不同运动模式对社区及养老机构老年人认知功能、体适能、身心健康水平的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study:

Our study aims to construct a scientific and effective "physical activity and elderly care integration" health elderly care service system, verify the intervention effect through practical implementation, put forward optimization countermeasures and service system for the further development of community and institutional elderly care, and provide a practical paradigm for the development of sports and elderly care service system under the background of healthy aging. Meanwhile, we will promote college sports volunteers to participate in the elderly care service system, build a docking platform between universities and elderly care services, establish an exercise archive for the elderly, and construct a complete "physical activity and elderly care integration" service system. We also investigate the intervention effect of different exercise modes on cognitive function, physical fitness and physical and mental health of the elderly in communities and elderly care institutions.

纳入标准:

60 岁及以上社区老年人;MMSE 评分 27-30 分(认知功能正常);可独立行走;签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Community-dwelling older adults aged 60 years and above; MMSE score 27–30 (normal cognitive function); able to walk independently; signed informed consent form.

排除标准:

近期跌倒史、 头昏眼花;使用助行器;严重心脑血管疾病或精神疾病史。

Exclusion criteria:

History of recent falls, dizziness and vertigo; use of walking aids; history of severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or mental illnesses.

10 machine-alternative exercises with Thera-Band? elastic tubing: 1 chest press, shoulder press, reverse fly, bicep curl; 2 knee flexion/extension, hip abduction, leg press, calf raise. 2 sets of 10-12 repetitions, 30 seconds rest between sets and 60 seconds between sets, intensity 5-8 on OMNI-Resistance Exercise Scale. The Thera-Band colour-coded system increases resistance every 4 weeks through a series of 5-minute warm-up, 30-minute resistance, and 5-minute cool-down sessions.

We aim at biomechanical improvement with: 1 Postural alignment (neck extension and thoracic elevation); 2 Gait modification (metatarsophalangeal joint propulsion); 3 Upper-limb movement (arm swing increased); 4 respiration (diaphragmatic breathing). During a circular walk in a community setting, we maintain a pace of 120 beats per minute (as measured by Polar heart rate devices).

Blinding:

In this exercise intervention trial, distinct intervention modalities (e.g., Baduanjin, dance, resistance band training) across groups made it impossible to blind intervention implementers and participants, as they could directly perceive group assignments. Strict blinding was only applied to cognitive function outcome assessors and data statisticians, who remained unaware of participants' group allocations throughout the study to minimize assessment and analytical biases.
