研究目的：

通过回顾腹腔镜子宫内膜异位囊肿剔除手术前后卵巢功能及术后复发率，探讨与卵巢功能明显下降及术后复发相关的危险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

By reviewing ovarian function and postoperative recurrence rates before and after laparoscopic endometriotic cystectomy, this study aims to explore the risk factors associated with significant decline in ovarian function and postoperative recurrence.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

因卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿行腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术的患者；术后病理诊断为单侧/双侧卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿且无其他卵巢病变；接受改良腹腔镜囊肿切除联合肾上腺素注射技术治疗；术前3个月内未使用促性腺激素释放激素类似物。

Inclusion criteria

Patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy for ovarian endometrioma; postoperative histopathologic diagnosis of unilateral/bilateral ovarian endometrioma with no other ovarian pathology; having undergone the modified laparoscopic cystectomy with epinephrine injection technique; no use of gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogs within 3 months before surgery.

排除标准：

1.有卵巢手术史或化疗史； 2.合并内分泌、血液系统或恶性肿瘤疾病； 3.妊娠期。

Exclusion criteria：

1. history of ovarian surgery or chemotherapy; 2. concurrent endocrine, hematologic, 3. malignant diseases; pregnancy.
