研究目的：

本研究通过研究0.01%阿托品滴眼液联合功能性离焦眼镜对于低度近视儿童防控效果，从而探讨该方法控制儿童近视的有效性和可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the effect of 0.01% atropine eye drops combined with functional defocus glasses on the prevention and control of low myopia children was studied, so as to explore the effectiveness and feasibility of this method to control children's myopia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄7-12岁 2.睫状肌麻痹验光后等效球镜度数 -0.50D—-3.00D 散光≤-1.50D 3.BCVA ≥1.0 4.眼压10-21mmHg

Inclusion criteria

1.Age 7-12 years old 2.Equivalent spherical power after cycloplegia optometry-0.50 D--3.00 D Astigmatism ≤-1.50 D 3.BCVA ≥ 1.0 4.Intraocular pressure 10-21mmHg

排除标准：

1.近视力不佳或调节能力差 2.既往使用过角膜塑形镜、隐形眼镜等防控方法 3.斜视、弱视及其他眼部疾病或眼部手术史者 4.对本研究药物过敏

Exclusion criteria：

1.Poor near vision or poor adjustment ability 2.Previous use of orthokeratology lenses, contact lenses and other prevention and control methods 3.Strabismus, amblyopia and other eye diseases or history of eye surgery 4.Allergy to the drugs in this study
