研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨短视频应用程序引导的慈悲冥想对消防人员利他动机、职业使命感、知觉社会支持与创伤后压力症状之影响效果，进一步厘清数位慈悲冥想介入于高风险助人职业心理健康促进中的应用潜质与可能作用机制。透过实证研究验证短视频导向慈悲冥想的介入效果，有助于建立一套兼具便利性、可近性与可推广性的数位心理健康干预模式，为消防人员心理健康促进、职业压力调适与创伤修复提供创新视角与实务依据。研究亦将进一步分析各心理变项之间的改变关系，强化介入成效的理论支持与应用价值，作为后续推广高风险助人职业数位心理介入工具与课程设计的重要参考。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the effects of short video app–guided compassion meditation on firefighters’ altruistic motivation, sense of calling, perceived social support, and posttraumatic stress symptoms, and to further clarify the potential applications and underlying mechanisms of digital compassion meditation interventions in promoting mental health among high-risk helping professionals. By empirically examining the effectiveness of short video–based compassion meditation, this study seeks to develop a digital mental health intervention model that is convenient, accessible, and scalable, thereby providing an innovative perspective and practical evidence for promoting firefighters’ mental health, facilitating occupational stress adjustment, and supporting trauma recovery. In addition, the study will further analyze the relationships among changes in the psychological variables, so as to strengthen the theoretical support and applied value of the intervention effects and provide an important reference for the future development and dissemination of digital psychological intervention tools and program design for high-risk helping professions.

纳入标准：

1.具有本科以上学历和一年以上工作经历； 2.年龄介于20至50岁之间； 3.同意参加本研究，并签署知情同意书； 4.神志清楚、思维正常、能进行语言沟通交流； 5.具有足够的认知能力和中文读写能力完成问卷。

Inclusion criteria

1. Having a bachelor's degree or above and more than one year of work experience; 2. Age between 20 and 50 years old; 3. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; 4. Clear consciousness, normal thinking, and ability to communicate through language; 5. Complete the questionnaire with sufficient cognitive and Chinese reading and writing abilities.

排除标准：

1.既往有精神病史或存在精神障碍疾病； 2.正在服用精神类药物； 3.无固定雇主及自由业工作； 4.过去一年或目前正在进行任何形式的心理干预者； 5.既往进行过任何形式的冥想训练。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous history of mental illness or presence of mental disorders; 2. Currently taking psychotropic drugs; 3. No fixed employer or freelance work; 4. Individuals who have undergone or are currently undergoing any form of psychological intervention in the past year; 5. I have undergone any form of meditation training in the past.
