研究目的：

1.探究缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者症状发生现状及严重程度，分析患者症状严重程度随时间的变化，揭示恢复期症状的强度，为后续纵向研究奠定基础。2.通过纵向随访缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者，追踪患者在不同时间节点的症状群，采用广义估计方程比较症状群严重程度的变化规律；运用关联规则分析识别症状群的时序首发症状，为患者症状的综合管理与个性化护理提供证据支持。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the prevalence and severity of symptoms in patients during the recovery phase of ischaemic stroke, analyse the temporal progression of symptom severity, and elucidate the intensity of symptoms during recovery, thereby establishing a foundation for subsequent longitudinal studies. 2. Through longitudinal follow-up of patients in the recovery phase of ischaemic stroke, track symptom clusters at different time points. Employ generalised estimating equations to compare patterns of change in symptom cluster severity; utilise association rule analysis to identify the initial symptom in temporal sequence of symptom clusters, thereby providing evidence-based support for comprehensive symptom management and personalised care.

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁；2.首次发病；3.病情稳定，病程在2周~6个月（处于恢复期）；4.无理解和阅读障碍；5.自愿参加本研究者；

Inclusion criteria

1. Age ≥ 18 years; 2. First episode of illness; 3. Stable condition, with illness duration between 2 weeks and 6 months (in the recovery phase); 4. No comprehension or reading difficulties; 5. Volunteers participating in this study;

排除标准：

1.伴有严重后遗症的缺血性脑卒中患者；2.既往有药物依耐、焦虑、抑郁、精神疾病病史；3.伴有严重脏器功能不全、恶病质、疾病终末期患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with ischaemic stroke accompanied by severe sequelae; 2. Patients with a history of drug dependence, anxiety, depression, or psychiatric disorders; 3. Patients with severe organ dysfunction, cachexia, or terminal illness.
