研究目的：

1.全面评估住院手术患者的口腔健康状况：在入院至手术禁食前、术后第一天到第二天两个时间窗，通过标准化的床旁口腔检查（评估牙石指数、软垢指数、口腔黏膜、唾液等）与患者自报问卷，系统调查其口腔卫生状况、口腔功能及主观感受。 2.动态追踪口腔健康变化：比较患者住院期间口腔健康指标的变化趋势，分析住院过程对口腔状态的影响。 3.分析口腔健康与临床结局的相关性：探究口腔健康状况（特别是其动态变化）与患者住院期间临床结局（包括术后并发症发生情况、住院总天数、以及认知/精神/抑郁相关量表评分）之间的关联。 4.探索预测价值与影响因素：分析人口学特征、基础疾病、用药史等因素与口腔健康状况的关联模式，并初步探索口腔健康指标在预测相关临床并发症中的潜在作用路径。 5.为临床实践提供依据：基于研究结果，提出针对住院患者的口腔护理优先策略与政策建议，为改善患者整体预后提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the oral health status of hospitalized surgical patients: Systematically investigate oral hygiene, function, and subjective perceptions through standardized bedside oral examinations (evaluating calculus index, plaque index, oral mucosa, saliva, etc.) and patient?reported questionnaires at two time points: from admission until preoperative fasting, and from the first to the second day after surgery. 2.Monitor dynamic changes in oral health: Compare trends in oral health indicators during hospitalization and analyze the impact of the hospital stay on oral health status. 3.Analyze the correlation between oral health and clinical outcomes: Explore the association between oral health status—particularly its dynamic changes—and clinical outcomes during hospitalization, including postoperative complications, total length of stay, and scores on cognitive/psychological/depression?related scales. 4.Investigate predictive value and influencing factors: Analyze the relationship patterns between demographic characteristics, underlying diseases, medication history, and oral health status, and preliminarily explore potential pathways through which oral health indicators may predict relevant clinical complications. 5.Provide evidence for clinical practice: Based on the findings, propose prioritized oral care strategies and policy recommendations for hospitalized patients to support improved overall prognosis.

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁且在住院期间进行手术的患者；
2.意识清醒，具备基本语言沟通能力，认知和理解文字的能力无障碍；
3.自愿参与研究，并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients aged >=18 years who underwent surgery during hospitalization. 2.Conscious, with basic verbal communication skills, and no impairment in cognitive or text comprehension abilities. 3.Voluntarily agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.患有严重全身性疾病和一般状况较差者；
2.张口受限无法配合检查者；
3.因佩戴全口义齿、牙齿缺失、全冠修复或严重损坏，无法对至少两个牙面进行评估的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe systemic diseases or poor general condition.
2.Individuals with limited mouth opening who are unable to cooperate with the examination.
3.Patients who are unable to have at least two tooth surfaces assessed due to wearing complete dentures, tooth loss, full crown restorations, or severe tooth damage.
