Objectives of Study：

Real-World Investigation of Clinical Outcomes and Safety of VV116 in Patients with COVID-19

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 >=18岁；
2.新冠病毒感染（COVID-19），至少满足以下五条中的一条：诊断为新冠病毒感染；诊断为新冠病毒肺炎；新冠病毒核酸检测阳性； 新冠病毒抗原检测阳性； 新冠病毒培养阳性；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >= 18 years.
2.SARS-CoV-2 infection (COVID-19), meeting at least one of the following five criteria: Diagnosed with SARS-CoV-2 infection; Diagnosed with COVID-19 pneumonia; Positive SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid test; Positive SARS-CoV-2 antigen test; Positive SARS-CoV-2 viral culture.

排除标准：

1.重症或危重症COVID-19患者；
2.需要机械通气或预计迫切需要机械通气；
3.已知对干预治疗药物剂型中所用的任何成分过敏；
4.研究者认为会损害受试者安全的任何医疗状况；
5.妊娠期女性；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe or critical COVID-19;
2.Requiring or anticipated to urgently require mechanical ventilation;
3.Known hypersensitivity to any ingredient in the study drug formulation;
4.Any medical condition that, in the opinion of the investigator, would jeopardize subject safety;
5.Pregnant women;
