研究目的：

在本次研究中，我们拟进一步纳入40例不同手术方式、不同肿瘤类型的胰腺肿瘤患者，借助5G+互联网通信技术的优势，构建远程机器人胰腺手术队列。通过系统的研究，探索远程机器人胰腺手术在各类胰腺疾病中的应用，验证其可行性及安全性，并预期实现95%以上的手术成功率。本研究有望推动远程机器人手术的普及，创新性地改变未来医疗服务模式，实现优质医疗资源的共享，为军地患者带来更加及时高效的医疗服务。  

Objectives of Study：

In the present study, we plan to enroll an additional 40 patients with pancreatic tumors, including those with different surgical approaches and tumor types. Leveraging the advantages of 5G and internet-based communication technology, we aim to establish a telesurgical robotic pancreatic surgery cohort. Through systematic investigation, this study will explore the application of telesurgical robotic procedures across various pancreatic diseases, assess their feasibility and safety, and anticipate achieving a surgical success rate exceeding 95%. This research is expected to facilitate the widespread adoption of telesurgical robotic systems, innovatively transform future healthcare delivery models, enable the sharing of high-quality medical resources, and provide more timely and efficient medical services for both military and civilian patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）取得患者或其法定代理人签署的远程机器人手术知情同意书； （2）依从研究方案和随访流程； （3）患者年龄≥18岁且≤75岁，性别不限； （4）无外科手术禁忌，能耐受根治性手术，ECOG 行为状态评分 0～1，ASA 评分≤3。 （5）位于胰腺的良性及恶性肿瘤； （6）血红蛋白≥ 9.0 g/dL（可以通过输血维持或超过这个水平）； （7）中性粒细胞绝对计数≥1.5×109/L； （8）血小板计数≥50×109/L； （9）肌酐≤1.25 倍正常值上限；且肌酐清除率≥60mLl/min； （10）未曾接受抗凝治疗的患者凝血酶原时间国际标准化比值（INR）≤1.5，部 分凝血活酶时间（APTT）≤1.5 倍正常值上限。接受全量或胃肠外抗凝药 物治疗的患者只要在进入临床研究前抗凝药物的剂量稳定至少 2 周，并且凝血检测试验的结果在当地治疗所限制的范围以内均可以进入临床试验； （11）育龄期妇女（15～49 岁）必须在开始治疗前 7 天内行尿妊娠试验且结果为阴性。

Inclusion criteria

1. Obtain informed consent for telesurgical robotic procedures signed by the patient or their legal representative; 2. Compliance with the study protocol and follow-up procedures; 3. Patients aged >=18 and <=75 years, regardless of gender; 4. Absence of surgical contraindications, suitability for radical surgery, with an ECOG performance status of 0–1 and an ASA score <=3; 5. Diagnosis of benign or malignant pancreatic tumors; 6. Hemoglobin level >= 9.0 g/dL (may be maintained or achieved via blood transfusion); 7. Absolute neutrophil count >=1.5×10^9(/L; 8. Platelet count >=50×10^9/L; 9. Serum creatinine <=1.25 times the upper limit of normal (ULN), and creatinine clearance >=60 mL/min; 10. For patients not receiving anticoagulant therapy, prothrombin time international normalized ratio (INR) <=1.5 and activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) <=1.5 × ULN. Patients on full-dose or parenteral anticoagulation may be enrolled if the anticoagulant dose has been stable for at least two weeks prior to study entry and coagulation test results are within the therapeutic range required for local treatment; 11. Women of childbearing potential (aged 15–49) must have a negative urine pregnancy test within 7 days before initiating treatment.

排除标准：

（1）最近5年之内出现其他部位的恶性肿瘤；脑、肺、骨转移或腹腔淋巴结转移的病人； （2）合并严重心肺功能不全、肝肾功能不全； （3）妊娠、哺乳期妇女； （4）有可能损害患者安全或研究数据完整性的任何状况，包括严重医学危险因素、医学状况、及实验室异常； （5）HIV、梅毒感染； （6）研究者认为不宜参加本试验； （7）患者不愿或不能依从研究程序，或在研究治疗期间可能脱离观察 1 个疗程或以上。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diagnosis of malignant tumors at other sites within the past 5 years; or presence of brain, lung, bone metastases, or abdominal lymph node metastasis; 2. Severe cardiopulmonary, hepatic, or renal insufficiency; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Any condition that may compromise patient safety or study data integrity, including significant medical risk factors, medical disorders, or laboratory abnormalities; 5. HIV or syphilis infection; 6. Investigator’s judgment that the patient is unsuitable for participation in this trial; 7. Unwillingness or inability to comply with study procedures, or anticipated absence from observation for one or more treatment cycles during the study.
