研究目的：

1.调查重庆市优秀运动员EIB发病情况。 2.比较不同运动项目、类型、性别、竞技水平之间运动员EIB发病的差异。 3.对比正常运动员，EIB运动员存在的肺功能指标、呼吸道炎症指标以及疲劳指标的差异。 4.研究不同运动环境之间，运动员的呼吸道炎症指标存在的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To investigate the prevalence of Exercise-Induced Bronchospasm (EIB) among elite athletes in Chongqing. 2.To compare the differences in EIB prevalence among athletes with respect to different sports events, sports types, genders and competitive levels. 3.To compare the differences in pulmonary function indexes, respiratory inflammation indexes and fatigue indexes between EIB athletes and healthy athletes. 4.To explore the differences in respiratory inflammation indexes of athletes under different exercise environments.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.运动等级均要求为国家一级及以上水平; 2专业训练≥5年; 3每周训练时间不少于15小时。

Inclusion criteria

1.Athletic qualification shall be at or above the national first-class level. 2.Professional training duration shall be no less than 5 years. 3.Weekly training time shall be no less than 15 hours.

排除标准：

1.患有慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺心病、抑郁症或其他重大疾病； 2.曾接受过胸外科手术； 3.实验前 3 周内曾发生肺部感染； 4.实验前已停训 2 周及以上； 5.实验前1周内曾出现中度或重度的感冒、呼吸道感染等症状。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), cor pulmonale, depression, or other major diseases; 2. Having undergone thoracic surgery; 3. Having had a pulmonary infection within 3 weeks prior to the experiment; 4. Having suspended training for 2 weeks or more before the experiment; 5. Having experienced moderate or severe symptoms such as colds and respiratory infections within 1 week prior to the experiment.
