研究目的：

探讨在不同给氧流量下行支气管镜诊疗的应用效果，在保证支气管镜诊疗安全完成的前提下，研究不同给氧流量对患者的动脉血二氧化碳变化量、分钟通气量、潮气量、术后恶心呕吐发生率的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the application effect of bronchoscopy under different oxygen flow, and to study the influence of different oxygen flow on the change of arterial blood carbon dioxide, minute ventilation volume, tidal volume and postoperative nausea and vomiting rate of patients on the premise of ensuring the safe completion of bronchoscopy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.ASA Ⅱ- Ⅲ级； 2.接受无痛支气管镜诊疗的患者； 3.年龄 18~80岁； 4.同意参加本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. ASA grade Ⅱ-Ⅲ; 2. Patient undergoing elective painless bronchoscopy; 3. Aged 18-80 years; 4. Agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.穿刺部位感染或血肿、肿瘤等神经阻滞禁忌的患者； 2.对试验用药过敏、精神疾病、无法配合操作、拒绝使用试验材料的患者； 3.饱胃、易有返流误吸风险者； 4.严重出血倾向者； 5.心力衰竭（NYHA>=III 级）； 6.孕期和哺乳期妇女； 7.上呼吸道完全阻塞、颅底骨折或鼻骨骨折等有上呼吸道通气道置入禁忌证者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with puncture site infection, hematoma, tumor and other nerve block contraindications; 2. Patients allergic to experimental drugs, mentally ill, unable to cooperate with operation, and refusing to use experimental materials; 3. Full stomach, prone to reflux aspiration risk; 4. Patients with severe bleeding tendency; 5. Heart failure (NYHA>=III); 6. Pregnant and lactating women; 7. Patients with complete upper respiratory tract obstruction, skull base fracture or nasal bone fracture have contraindicated upper respiratory tract placement.
