研究目的：

验证无创靶向 CFC神经调控技术对 ASD儿童干预的有效性。通过脑电信号与行为学指标综合评估干预效果，期望为ASD儿童康复提供安全、科学及可推广的神经调控技术依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To verify the effectiveness of non-invasive targeted CFC neural modulation technology in the intervention of children with ASD. The intervention effect will be comprehensively evaluated through electroencephalogram signals and behavioral indicators, with the expectation of providing a safe, scientific and scalable neural modulation technology basis for the rehabilitation of children with ASD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄3-12周岁，男女不限； 2. 儿童监护人提供知情同意并在同意书上签字； 3. ASD儿童均由经验丰富的医生根据 DSM-V 标准诊断为孤独症。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age range: 3 - 12 years old, gender not restricted; 2. The guardian of the child must provide informed consent and sign the consent form; 3. All children with ASD are diagnosed as having autism by experienced doctors based on the DSM-V standards.

排除标准：

1. 患儿伴有 ADHD、 RETT 综合征和发育迟缓等其他脑发育障碍疾病； 2. 患儿具有严重的身体疾病，脑外伤史，癫痫史； 3. 6 周内接受过非侵入式刺激如 tDCS，TMS 等； 4. 除常规行为训练外，服用过精神类疾病药物； 5. 未签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient has other brain development disorders such as ADHD, RETT syndrome and developmental delay; 2. The patient has severe physical diseases, a history of brain trauma, and a history of epilepsy; 3. Received non-invasive stimulation such as tDCS and TMS within 6 weeks; 4. In addition to conventional behavioral training, has taken psychotropic drugs for mental disorders; 5. Has not signed the informed consent form.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

采用简单随机分组方法，将所有受试者按1:1比例随机分配至干预组与对照组，每组各50人。首先，为每位受试者分配唯一编号，并将所有受试者信息录入SPSS软件。随后，使用SPSS的随机数生成功能，为每位受试者随机分配一个0至1之间的数值，作为分组依据。通过对生成的随机数进行升序排列，打乱原始受试者编号的顺序。完成排序后，按照排序结果将前半部分的50名受试者分配至干预组，其余50名分配至对照组。最终形成两个受试者组别，用于后续的干预实施与效果评估。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Using a simple random grouping method, all the subjects were randomly assigned to the intervention group and the control group in a 1:1 ratio, with 50 subjects in each group. First, a unique number was assigned to each subject, and all the subject information was entered into the SPSS software. Then, using the random number generation function of SPSS, a number between 0 and 1 was randomly assigned to each subject as the grouping basis. The generated random numbers were sorted in ascending order to shuffle the original subject numbers. After the sorting was completed, the first half of the 50 subjects were assigned to the intervention group, and the remaining 50 subjects were assigned to the control group. Finally, two subject groups were formed for the subsequent implementation of the intervention and effect evaluation.
