研究目的：

本研究旨在构建并验证一套基于“知信行”理论、适配门诊简短特性的儿童特应性皮炎照护者简短干预策略，以期提高患儿照护者关于皮肤照护的认知、态度及家庭照护依从性，探索在中国情境下的医疗机构中适用于门诊可推广且可促进患儿症状及生活质量改善的可行路径。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to develop and validate a brief intervention strategy for caregivers of children with atopic dermatitis, grounded in the Knowledge–Attitude–Practice (KAP) theory and tailored to the characteristics of outpatient settings. The strategy seeks to enhance caregivers’ knowledge and attitudes toward skin care, as well as their adherence to home-based care, and to explore a feasible, scalable pathway within healthcare institutions in the Chinese context that can be implemented in outpatient clinics to improve children’s symptoms and quality of life.

纳入标准：

AD患儿纳入标准： 1.年龄为0~7岁； 2.依据《中国特应性皮炎诊疗指南（2020版）》被临床医师确诊为特应性皮炎者；3.其法定监护人知情并签署书面知情同意书。 患儿主要照护者纳入标准： 1.为纳入患儿的主要照护者，即承担患儿日常生活中超过50%皮肤护理（如洗澡、涂抹润肤剂/药物）职责的父/母亲或其他法定监护人； 2.意识清楚且具备基本的汉语读写与沟通能力；3. 知情同意参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion and exclusion criteria for AD patients: 1. Age 0-7 years; 2. Clinically diagnosed with atopic dermatitis by physicians according to the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Atopic Dermatitis (2020 Edition)"; 3. Legal guardians are informed and have signed written informed consent. Inclusion and exclusion criteria for primary caregivers of patients: 1. Be the primary caregiver of the enrolled child, i.e., the parent or other legal guardian responsible for over 50% of the child's daily skin care (such as bathing, applying moisturizers/medications); 2. Be mentally clear and possess basic Chinese literacy and communication skills; 3. Provide informed consent to participate in this study.

排除标准：

AD患儿排除标准： 1.合并有严重影响皮肤屏障功能的其他原发性皮肤病； 2.合并有重要的心、肝、肾、造血系统、神经系统等严重原发性疾病； 3.同期正在参与或计划参与其他干预性临床研究。 患儿主要照护者排除标准：曾接受过相关照护培训的家庭照护者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for AD patients: 1. Concurrent presence of other primary skin diseases that severely affect skin barrier function; 2. Concurrent presence of severe primary diseases affecting major organs such as the heart, liver, kidneys, hematopoietic system, or nervous system; 3. Currently participating in or planning to participate in other interventional clinical studies during the same period. Exclusion criteria for primary caregivers of patients: Family caregivers who have received relevant care training.

本研究主要为电子数据，其在传输与静态存储过程中均采用加密措施，数据库实行备份管理。访问权限按角色分级授权，只有经批准的人员可查看识别信息。资料保存期限不少于10年，到期后按机构安全销毁流程对电子数据进行安全擦除并记录销毁日志。若受试者撤回同意，研究组停止继续收集其后续数据，已存数据的保留或删除按知情同意书与伦理委员会要求执行。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study primarily involves electronic data, which employs encryption measures during transmission and static storage, and the database implements backup management. Access permissions are granted based on role levels, and only approved personnel can view identification information. The retention period for data is at least 10 years, after which electronic data is securely erased according to institutional destruction procedures and destruction logs are recorded. If a participant withdraws consent, the research team will stop collecting further data from them, and the retention or deletion of existing data will be carried out in accordance with the informed consent form and the requirements of the ethics committee.
