研究目的：

通过不同频率的深层肌肉振动刺激对卒中后足内翻的临床疗效进行观察并分析，从而优化治疗方案，更好地服务于脑卒中后足内翻患者的康复需求。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of deep muscle vibration stimulation with different frequencies for post-stroke internal fixation of the foot, and optimize the treatment scheme to better serve the rehabilitation needs of patients with post-stroke internal fixation of the foot.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合脑卒中诊断，单侧足内翻由脑卒中所致； 2.首次患病； 3.发病时间在6个月以内； 4.病情稳定，意识清醒。 5.年龄在 35～75 岁的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1.One-sided intracranial hemiplegia from stroke; 2.first illness; 3.within 6 months; 4.He is stable and conscious. 5. Patients aged 35 to 75 years.

排除标准：

1.临床生命体征不平稳，伴严重心肺功能损伤、凝血功能障碍、肝肾功能损伤者；
2.下肢疼痛较重或伴发膝骨关节疾病等影响肢体运动者；
3.排除先天性马蹄内翻足、腓骨肌型肌营养不良、足外伤等原因造成的足内翻者；
4.跖屈肌严重痉挛者；
5.近期服用过镇静药物或者肌肉松弛剂者；
6.下肢静脉血栓患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Clinical signs of life are unstable, with severe cardiac and respiratory failure, coagulation disorder, liver and renal failure; 2.If the lower extremities are more painful or accompanied by knee joint diseases, etc., which affect the movement of the limb; 3.Excluding those with congenital perianal varus, perianal type of myopathy; 4.Severely spasm of the Achilles; 5.If you have recently taken sedatives or muscle relaxants; 6.Patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis;
