研究假设：“中医传统运动联合能量限制可通过调节肠道菌群平衡，影响相关代谢物水平。”研究观察辟谷对超重/肥胖患者的干预效果及血脂、血糖等相关因子的影响，采用高通量测序、转录组学及代谢组学技术，观测中医传统运动联合能量限制干预对超重/肥胖人群肠道菌群、基因组及相关代谢物的影响，探讨中医传统运动联合能量限制调控超重/肥胖人群血脂水平的作用机制，为应用中医传统运动联合能量限制减重、降糖提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The study hypothesized: "Traditional Chinese exercise combined with energy restriction can affect the levels of relevant metabolites by regulating the balance of intestinal flora." To study and observe the intervention effect of saving grain on overweight/obese patients and the influence of related factors such as blood lipid and blood glucose. High-throughput sequencing, transcriptomics and metabolomics technologies were used to observe the influence of traditional Chinese medicine exercise combined with energy restriction intervention on intestinal microflora, genome and related metabolites of overweight/obese people. To explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine exercise combined with energy restriction to regulate blood lipid level in overweight/obese people, and to provide theoretical basis for applying traditional Chinese medicine exercise combined with energy restriction to reduce weight and blood sugar.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合超重/肥胖或中心型肥胖诊断标准的人群； ②年龄 18- 30 岁； ③意识清楚， 无痴呆、记忆障碍等意识问题； ④行动正常， 无神经肌肉类身体疾患； ⑤有较充足的时间进行干预； ⑥患者自愿参与研究， 并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① People who meet the diagnostic criteria for overweight/obesity or central obesity; ② Age 18-30 years old; ③ Clear consciousness, no dementia, memory disorders and other consciousness problems; ④ Normal movement, no neuromuscular body diseases; ⑤ There is sufficient time for intervention; ⑥ Patients voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

①近 1 月内服用过影响体重的药物或 1 年内接受过减重手术； ②过去两个月，各种原因导致体重减轻 5Kg 以上的受试者； ③因药物、内分泌疾病或其他疾病导致体重增加的继发性肥胖患者； ④合并严重的肝肾功能障碍或其他严重原发性疾病； ⑤肥胖合并高血压、高血脂等慢性病者； ⑥各类其它慢性病患者，需长期服药，影响试验结果者； ⑦胃肠道疾病患者，及试验前 1 个月使用抗生素、益生元等影响肠道菌群的药物者；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Have taken drugs that affect weight within the past 1 month or have undergone weight-loss surgery within 1 year; (2)Subjects who lost more than 5Kg in the past two months due to various causes; (3) Patients with secondary obesity who gain weight due to drugs, endocrine diseases or other diseases; (4) Combined with severe liver and kidney dysfunction or other serious primary diseases; (5) Obese patients with chronic diseases such as hypertension and hyperlipidemia; (6) Patients with various other chronic diseases who need to take medication for a long time and affect the test results; (7) Patients with gastrointestinal diseases, and those who used antibiotics, prebiotics and other drugs affecting intestinal flora 1 month before the test;

本研究实施单盲法： 研究对象对治疗分组采用单盲。自愿加人本研究的对象在签署知情同意书后按进入研究的时间顺序登记其编号；并根据其编号领取相应信封，交给研究者，研究者按照研究对象分组信息实施干预或不干预。使用这种方式可以避免研究对象因为知晓被分在哪一个组而在干预效果反馈时因主观因素造成的信息偏移。

Blinding：

Single blind method was applied in this study: Subjects were treated in single blind group. The subjects of the voluntary study shall register their numbers in the time order of entering the study after signing the informed consent; And according to the number of the corresponding envelope, handed to the researcher, the researcher according to the group information of the study object intervention or no intervention. Using this method can avoid the information deviation caused by subjective factors in the feedback of intervention effect because the subjects know which group they are divided into.
