通过回顾性队列研究，分析暴露于基于IKAP模型的生育舞蹈运动方案的GDM孕妇（暴露组）与未暴露于该方案的GDM孕妇（非暴露组）在血糖水平、自我管理能力等方面的差异，以评价该方案的临床应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

A retrospective cohort study was conducted to analyze the differences in blood glucose levels, self-management ability, and other outcomes between GDM pregnant women who were exposed to the birth dance exercise program based on the IKAP model (exposed group) and those who were not exposed to the program (non-exposed group), in order to evaluate the clinical application effect of this program.

纳入标准：

1. 符合国际糖尿病合并妊娠研究组定义的GDM诊断标准； 2. 年龄>=18岁； 3. 初产妇； 4. 单胎头位； 5. 孕周>=24周； 6. 经超声检验胎儿未见异常，发育良好；

Inclusion criteria

1. Meeting the GDM diagnostic criteria defined by the International Association of Diabetes and Pregnancy Study Groups (IADPSG); 2. Age >= 18 years old; 3. primipara; 4. Single baby in cephalic position; 5. Gestation week >= 24 weeks; 6. Ultrasound examination showed no abnormalities in the fetus and it was developing well;

排除标准：

1. 合并有早产风险的多胎妊娠； 2. 24周后中央性前置胎盘； 3. 孕中晚期持续性出血； 4. 先兆早产或临产； 5. 胎膜早破； 6. 严重型妊娠期高血压的孕妇； 7. 合并其他严重并发症的孕妇； 8. 因各种原因未在本院分娩的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Multiple pregnancy with risk of preterm birth; 2. Central placenta previa after 24 weeks of gestation; 3. Persistent bleeding in the second or third trimester; 4. Threatened preterm labor or active labor; 5. Premature rupture of membranes; 6. Severe gestational hypertension; 7. Complicated with other serious comorbidities; 8. Did not deliver in our hospital for any reason;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集方法 本研究通过医院病历系统和科室相关记录资料进行数据采集。由两名经过培训的研究人员独立进行数据提取，提取完毕后交叉核对，确保数据的准确性和完整性。 1 一般资料和结局指标采集 通过医院病历系统和科室相关记录资料提取两组孕妇的一般人口学特征及临床基线资料，包括：年龄、孕周、确诊GDM时的血糖水平等。 2 暴露因素确认 通过查阅科室健康教育登记表、生育舞蹈课程签到表及护理记录单，确认暴露组孕妇产前是否完整接受了基于IKAP模型的生育舞蹈运动方案指导。对照组（非暴露组）孕妇则从病历记录中确认其仅接受常规产前指导，未接受该方案。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data Collection Methods Data for this study were collected from the hospital medical record system and relevant departmental records. Two trained researchers independently extracted the data, followed by cross-verification to ensure accuracy and completeness. 1. Collection of General Information and Outcome Measures General demographic characteristics and clinical baseline data for both groups of pregnant women were extracted from the hospital medical record system and relevant departmental records. These included: age, gestational age, and blood glucose levels at the time of GDM diagnosis. 2. Confirmation of Exposure Factors Exposure status was confirmed by reviewing departmental health education registration forms, sign-in sheets for the childbirth dance courses, and nursing records. This verified whether pregnant women in the exposure group had fully received the childbirth dance exercise program guidance based on the IKAP model prior to delivery. For the control group (non-exposed), medical records were reviewed to confirm that these pregnant women received only routine prenatal guidance and did not receive the aforementioned program.
