研究目的:

本研究旨在真实世界环境下, 系统评价整合多模态校园疗愈模式对轻中度青少年抑郁症患者的临床疗效与安全性。 为了探究“校园疗愈模式” 是否优于当前最普遍的基础治疗(常规药物组) , 以及探究“校园疗愈模式” 是否优于当前标准化的心理治疗方案(门诊综合组) ,我们通过设立了校园疗愈组、 门诊综合组、 常规药物组这 3 个平行队列。 通过上述分析, 从而为优化青少年抑郁症的阶梯化防治策略及推广具有中国特色的校园本位干预模式, 提供高级别循证医学证据。  

Objectives of Study:

The aim of this study is to systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of integrated multimodal campus therapy for mild to moderate adolescent depression in a real-world environment. To explore whether the "campus healing model" was superior to the most common current basic treatment (usual medication group) and to the current standardized psychotherapy (outpatient comprehensive group), we established three parallel cohorts: campus healing group, outpatient comprehensive group, and usual medication group. Through the above analysis, high-level evidence-based medical evidence is provided for optimizing the stepwise prevention and treatment strategy of adolescent depression and promoting the campus based intervention model with Chinese characteristics.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1. 年龄12–18岁青少年群体(包括走读与寄宿),能够配合完成12周集中干预及3个月随访; 2. 符合DSM-5或ICD-11中“轻中度抑郁症”诊断标准; 3. HAMD-17评分为7-24分的轻、中度抑郁症患者; 4. 监护人(18岁以下受试者)及受试者本人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Adolescents aged 12-18 years old (including day school and boarding) were able to cooperate to complete the 12-week intensive intervention and 3-month follow-up; 2. fit DSM-5 or ICD-11 "mild-to-moderate depression" diagnostic criteria; 3. HAMD-17 score of 7-24 points of light, moderate depression; 4. the guardian (under age 18 subjects) and subjects signed informed consent.

排除标准:

1. 重度抑郁症、伴有自杀计划/行为或精神病性症状(如幻觉、妄想); 合并严重躯体疾病(如甲状腺功能异常、心脏病)或其他精神障碍(如精神分裂症、双相情感障碍); 2. 近1个月内使用抗抑郁药物、抗精神病药物,或接受系统心理治疗; 3. 不适合接受中医干预或无法配合西医心理干预; 4. 近期经历重大应激事件(如亲人离世、尚未解决的校园霸凌); 5. 既往或当前接受过MECT、rTMS等物理治疗; 6. 预计无法完成研究周期(如计划迁居)。

Exclusion criteria:

1. major depression, with suicidal plan/action or psychotic symptoms (such as hallucinations, delusions); Merge serious body disease (such as thyroid dysfunction, heart disease) or other mental disorders, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder; 2. nearly one month use of antidepressants and antipsychotic medications, or system of psychological treatment; 3. are not suitable for to accept Chinese medicine intervention or unable to cooperate with the psychological intervention; 4. the recent great stress events (such as relatives died, unresolved campus bullying); 5. previous or current received MECT, rTMS, physical therapy; 6. was unable to complete the cycle is expected (such as plans to move).
