探索体重正常人群中低频次间断禁食模式的可能获益  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the possible benefits of low-frequency intermittent fasting patterns in people of normal weight.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

18-60 岁，男女不限，
BMI<24kg/m，在研究开始前体重稳定 3 个月，
愿意参加本研究并签署书面知情同意者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-60 years old men and women;
2. BMI < 24kg / m, body weight was stable for 3 months before the start of the study;
3. Those willing to participate in the study and sign the written informed consent.

排除标准：

1.有未控制的糖尿病、高血压、心血管疾病的患者；
2.癌症、甲状腺疾病、癫痫、偏头痛的患者；
3.严重的肾、肝或胃肠道疾病、暴饮暴食症的患者；
4.抑郁症、曾有减肥手术史，或者正在服用已知会影响食欲或能量代谢的药物，以及服用任何已知会影响脂质或葡萄糖代谢的药物的患者；
5.目前怀孕、计划怀孕或哺乳的妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension and cardiovascular disease;
2. Patients with cancer, thyroid disease, epilepsy and migraine;
3. Patients with serious kidney, liver or gastrointestinal diseases and overeating;
4. Those who suffer from depression, have a history of weight-loss surgery, or are taking drugs that are known to affect appetite or energy metabolism, as well as any drugs that are known to affect lipid or glucose metabolism;
5. Women who are currently pregnant, planning to be pregnant or breastfeeding.
