研究目的：

1.描述GBM患者中巨噬细胞的WASp活化比例、巨噬细胞吞噬比例情况。 2.分析巨噬细胞中WASp活化水平高与活化水平低的GBM患者的生存和预后差异。 3.评估巨噬细胞中WASp活化水平、巨噬细胞吞噬比例与GBM患者的预后关联，评估可能的预后影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Describe the proportion of WASp activation and phagocytic ratio of macrophages in GBM patients. 2. Analyze differences in survival and prognosis among GBM patients with high vs. low levels of WASp activation in macrophages. 3. Evaluate the associations between macrophage WASp activation level, macrophage phagocytosis proportion, and prognosis in GBM patients, and assess potential prognostic factors that may influence outcomes.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经术后组织病理学确诊为胶质母细胞瘤（WHO 4级），IDH野生型（参照2021 WHO中枢神经系统肿瘤分类标准）； 2.术前未接受放疗、化疗或免疫治疗，接受全切手术，术后接受标准放化疗治疗； 3.临床资料完整（含影像学资料及随访数据）； 4.于我院生物样本库有样本留存，留存有足够的组织样本用于后续染色或提取RNA。

Inclusion criteria

1. Postoperative histopathological confirmation of glioblastoma (WHO grade 4), IDH-wildtype (according to the 2021 WHO Classification of Tumours of the Central Nervous System); 2. No radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or immunotherapy prior to surgery; underwent gross total resection, followed by standard postoperative chemoradiotherapy; 3. Complete clinical data available (including imaging data and follow-up information); 4. Biospecimens stored in our hospital biobank, with sufficient tumor tissue reserved for subsequent staining and/or RNA extraction.

排除标准：

1.合并其他恶性肿瘤或严重自身免疫性疾病者（排除系统性免疫对巨噬细胞的干扰）； 2.复发性胶质瘤； 3.围手术期因并发症死亡，缺乏有效随访数据者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with concomitant other malignant tumors or severe autoimmune diseases (to exclude potential systemic immune effects on macrophages); 2. Recurrent glioma; 3. Patients who died from perioperative complications and therefore lacked valid follow-up data.
