研究目的：

探究基于EIT为导向的早期康复对ICU机械通?患者的临床疗效，以期能有效提?ICU有创机械通?患者呼吸功能，改善临床结局，缩短有创机械通?时间和ICU住院时间。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the clinical efficacy of early rehabilitation based on EIT for ICU patients on mechanical ventilation, with the aim of effectively improving the respiratory function of ICU patients with invasive mechanical ventilation, improving clinical outcomes, and shortening the duration of invasive mechanical ventilation and ICU stay.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18 岁； 2.机械通气>=24 h； 3.意识清楚，能配合指令完成动作； 4.无EIT禁忌证； 5.患者或家属同意并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >= 18 years old; 2.Mechanical ventilation for >= 24 hours; 3.Conscious and able to cooperate with instructions to complete the actions; 4.No contraindications to EIT; 5.The patient or the family member consents and signs the informed consent form

排除标准：

1.快速进展的神经肌肉疾病；
2.APACHE II评分超过30分，预计48小时内可能死亡的患者；
3.疾病晚期，预期一周内会死亡；
4.存在颅内压增高、肢体残疾或丧失，以及不稳定性骨折的情况；
5.同时参与其他临床试验者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with an APACHE II score exceeding 30 and who are expected to die within 48 hours;
2.Rapidly progressing neuromuscular diseases;
3.At the advanced stage of the disease, it is expected that the patient will die within the next week;
4.There are cases of increased intracranial pressure, limb disability or loss, as well as unstable fractures;
5.Those who also participated in other clinical trials;

采用随机数字表法随机分组：从随机数字表中的第一行第五列开始，按从左到右的顺序读取三位数数字，如遇重复的数字则舍弃不要，直至选取60个数字，前30个数为对照组，接着30个数为试验组，然后将这60个数字按从小到大的顺序排列。

Random grouping was conducted using the random number table method: Starting from the fifth column of the first row in the random number table, read the three-digit numbers from left to right. If a repeated number is encountered, it is discarded. Continue this process until 60 numbers are selected. The first 30 numbers are the control group, followed by the next 30 numbers as the experimental group. Then, these 60 numbers are arranged in ascending order.
