研究目的：

泌尿系结石是泌尿外科常见疾病之一，近年来其发病率逐年上升。山区由于地理环境、生活习惯、医疗资源分布等因素影响，泌尿系结石防治面临更严峻挑战。现有医疗服务体系“防”缺位、“筛”不足、“治”不畅、“管”松散；目前国家大力推行紧密型县域医共体建设，其核心在于资源整合、管理统一、责任共担、利益共享。此研究目的在于，结合本地区泌尿系结石发病率的特点、以及国家大力推进紧密型医共体建设，我们将基于紧密型医共体模式下，对山区泌尿系结石的“防-筛-治-管”进行一体化模式构建，并将该模式形成服务模式规范、向全省乃至全国推广。  

Objectives of Study：

Urinary calculi are one of the common diseases in urology. In recent years, their incidence has been increasing year by year. Due to factors such as geographical environment, living habits, and distribution of medical resources in mountainous areas, the prevention and treatment of urinary calculi face more severe challenges. The current medical service system lacks "prevention" measures, is insufficient in "screening", has difficulties in "treatment", and is loose in "management". Currently, the country is vigorously promoting the construction of tight county-level medical consortia, the core of which lies in resource integration, unified management, shared responsibilities, and shared benefits. The purpose of this research is to, based on the characteristics of the incidence of urinary calculi in this region and the vigorous promotion of the construction of tight medical consortia by the state, construct an integrated model for the "prevention, screening, treatment, and management" of urinary calculi in mountainous areas under the tight medical consortium model. We will also form a service model specification based on this model and promote it throughout the province and even the whole country.

医疗联合体各村、街道18岁以上具有完全民事行为能力的泌尿系结石患者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Residents over the age of 18 with full capacity for civil conduct who suffer from urinary calculi in each village and street of the medical consortium;

排除标准：

不具备完全民事行为能力的居民

Exclusion criteria：

Residents who do not possess full capacity for civil conduct.
